These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the VolBoost mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
VolBoost is an audio enhancement application that provides:
The App is available with a free tier (with feature limitations) and a premium subscription that unlocks all features.
2.1 Subscription Plans: VolBoost offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:
Prices are subject to change. Any price change will be communicated in advance.
2.2 Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges will be processed through your Apple ID account.
2.3 Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be charged for the subscription. Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
2.4 Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Settings on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
2.5 Restoring Purchases: If you have an active subscription, you can restore it on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
2.6 Free Tier Limitations: Free users are subject to feature quotas, including but not limited to: limited file imports (Files: 5, Music Library: 4, WiFi: 3), limited playlist creation (3), limited volume boost usage (5 uses), and limited custom EQ presets (1). Premium subscribers have unlimited access to all features.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
You retain all rights to audio files you import into the App. You represent that you own or have obtained the necessary rights to use and process any audio files you import. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of audio files complies with applicable copyright laws.
The App, including its code, design, features, and trademarks, is owned by us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Audio processing and enhancement results may vary depending on the source material.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
